People with disabilities are often overlooked in our community. Sidekicks exist to welcome families affected by disabilities. Our mission is to provide respite for parents and caregivers along with social activities for individuals with disabilities. Children and adults of all ages and ability levels are welcome at Sidekicks - we truly have a place for everyone. Typically developing siblings are also invited to join the group.

We provide monthly care at no charge to the families. During the summer, we provide weeklong Vacation Bible School classes for adults with disabilities. Our group is staffed by volunteers from many different backgrounds: educators, medical professionals, business owners, high school or college students and friends! Everyone shares a common goal of reaching out to those in our community affected by disabilities. We believe the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:40 when He tells us, "Whatever you did to the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me."
